How do I Subscribe?
Select your product and click on “Order Every” and select your chosen delivery frequency, add to your basket and check out as per usual!
Once you’ve subscribed, you’ll receive an email confirming your Subscription Service order. This email will include a link to your account, where you can manage your future orders, subscription items, and your subscription account details.
Can I Cancel or Change my Subscription?
You can manage your subscription in the “My Subscriptions” menu in your account at any time. Subscriptions can be cancelled after 3 months, and subscription amends may be made up until one week before your next delivery is due.
What happens after I Subscribe?
Your order will be placed as usual and all future orders will be placed automatically based on the delivery frequency that you have selected.
You will be able to amend your subscription up until one week before your delivery is due. Delivery is free.
Subscriptions cannot be cancelled within the first 3 months but can be cancelled any time following this.
Should one of your chosen products be discontinued or have a change in price, you will be notified via email to enable you to amend your subscription as you see fit.
