Terms and Conditions for Frozzys Golden Ticket Competition

1. Introduction 1.1. Frozzys Golden Ticket Competition (hereinafter referred to as "the Competition") is organised by Frozzys (hereinafter referred to as "the Organiser"). 1.2. By participating in the Competition, participants (hereinafter referred to as "Participants") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility 2.1. The Competition is open to all residents of United Kingdom who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. 2.2. Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the Organiser or any affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in the Competition.

3. Competition Period 3.1. The Competition will commence on 25th July 2023 at 9am and will conclude on 31st August at 9pm. 3.2. Entries received before or after the Competition Period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter 4.1. To enter the Competition, Participants must purchase a Frozzys Limited Edition Celebration Pack from any Jollyes outlet. Frozzys Golden Tickets will be randomly distributed among stock across Jollyes stores throughout the UK. 4.2. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for incomplete, late, lost, or misdirected entries.

5. Selection of Winners 5.1. The winners of the Competition (hereinafter referred to as "the Winners") will have found a golden ticket during the Competition Period. 5.2. Instructions are within the Golden Ticket as to how the Winners should claim their prize.

6. Prize 6.1. The Winners will receive a Golden Ticket, entitling them to either a Frozzys hamper or a free pack of Frozzys with LickiMat. 6.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. 6.3. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.

7. Publicity 7.1. By participating in the Competition, Participants grant the Organiser the right to use their name, likeness, and entry materials for promotional purposes related to the Competition, without any further compensation.

8. Limitation of Liability 8.1. The Organiser and its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by Participants or Winners as a result of participating in the Competition or accepting the prize. 8.2. The Organiser does not assume any responsibility for any technical malfunctions, failures, or delays, including but not limited to those arising from electronic or internet-related issues.

9. Disqualification 9.1. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms and Conditions. 9.2. Any attempt by a Participant to undermine the legitimate operation of the Competition may result in legal action.

10. Privacy 10.1. Any personal information collected from Participants in connection with the Competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and will be handled in accordance with the Organiser's Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 11.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. 11.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

12. Amendments and Termination 12.1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend or terminate the Competition or these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. 12.2. In the event of termination, the Organiser may, at its discretion, select a winner from among all eligible entries received prior to the termination date. By participating in Frozzys Golden Ticket Competition, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
