We aim to get your order out to you as soon as possible and we usually dispatch items on the same day or the next working day after the order is placed. This can be delayed during periods of high demand.

Our orders are dispatched with Royal Mail with delivery charged at £4.99 (free for orders over £29.99). Your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days, but this may vary during bank holidays or over the Christmas break. Please note that Frozzys will be closed for a week during this period, and no deliveries will be made during bank holidays.

Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or outside of our business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM) will be dispatched on the next working day.
